The night before the actual cremation ceremony begins the government will hold a traditional celebration consisting of Thai drama and dance depicting scenes from the Ramayana Story. There will also be a traditional puppet show. The actual ceremony will be held later this month (from November 14th to the 19th). Many mourners wearing black are expected to attend. They will bring with them ‘dokmai chan’ (paper flowers used in cremation rites) to place with the Princesses remains.
